## The whitepaper
The project's whitepaper frames today's AI around **"governance failures"** and proposes an alternative built on a handful of ideas: - **Sovereign AI agents** — agents that nations and communities can run and control themselves. - **Proof-of-benefit** — tying the network's incentives to demonstrated public value. - **Common Ground** — a coordination layer for aligning many actors. - **Auditable datasets and provenance** — knowing where data and decisions come from, end to end.
